Some freewheels are louder than others. The previous post suggesting wd40 will wash all the lubrication out of your freewheel and make it wear out faster. It will be louder for the short time it lasts. The only way you can be sure of having a louder clicking noise is to buy a wheel with a freewheel ratchet that is as loud as you want.

The only way would be to buy a different free hub that happens to make more noise. I like the quieter ones -- more stealth.
Take yours off and spray WD-40 into the gap. Reassemble.
