Congress is the legislative branch of the United States Government. It includes 100 elected members of the United States Senate and 435 elected members of the United States House of Representatives. Their main function is to create and introduce bills to the President of the United States. When the President approves of the bill by signing it, it becomes the law of the land. If the President disapproves of the bill by vetoing it, it returns to the Congress where the veto can be overturned by a two thirds majority of both the Senate and House of Representatives and becomes the law of the land, or the veto can be sustained and the bill dies. The Congress has additional duties that are specified in Article I of the United States Constitution.

The president can choose to veto or ratify the bill. If the bill is vetoed, it returns back to congress. If 3/4 of congress votes in favor for the bill, the bill becomes law. Basically, congress just makes the laws. The president ratify the laws. The supreme court enforces the law.

Congress is a group of wealthy Americans who are elected to represent other people when it comes to making federal laws. These people are, however, scam artists who do not do their elected job, but instead spend half of their time trying to figure out how to get rich, and the other half of their time working to be re-elected... so they can, ultimately, make more money.
