Yes the t2i does have a flash on top of it. You can still buy an external one which is attached on top of your camera, but it's meant for those who really need it. The built-in one will be fine for basic things.
Let me add onto Selena's good answer. If you mean "does it come with an external flash", then the answer is "no."
The standard kit includes the camera body, an 18-55mm zoom lens, neckstrap (PLEASE USE), removable battery, battery charger, USB data transfer cable, software cd, quick start manual, warranty card. Vendors often pack junk with their cameras (flimsy tripod, cleaning kits of dubious value, screw on "lenses" that lower photo quality, generic bags), but sometimes you'll find a setup with the 18-55mm plus a longer zoom, such as a 55-200mm.
If you are going to get an external flash, you're always best getting an OEM (in this case, Canon-branded) flash for full compatibility.

Does it "bring" a flash? I guess you mean does it have an onboard flash.
I could very easily answer that question, but don't you think that perhaps YOU should at least LOOK at the camera on a website first?
I"ll even find the link for you to make it super easy: http://www.usa.canon.com/cusa/consumer/products/ca...
