Cooking only adds calories if you use oils or butters to cook with. I grill out about 3 or 4 times a week and I use a nonstick cooking spray. 0 calories. Steaming is a great way to cook your vegetables and if you only lightly steam them, then they will retain most of their nutritional value.

Seriously? Are you trying to justify not cooking your food in fear that you'll get an extra 10 calories per day or something?
Go for a walk after eating and it's NOT AN ISSUE!
