ok well theres this guy whom i like alot!
We had to sign off our marks and i was standing next to him and he just put his arm around me !! (IVE NEVER SEEN HIM DO THIS TO ANYONE ELSE BEFORE!!!) He kept it there for like 15 secconds or so.....
Then he took it off and said "Wow felecia look at all those merits!"
He talks to me quite alot
Ive been in is class for 3 years so we know each other quite well
In computers, if i don't understand something he comes over and helps me
He Allways seems to be happy and smiling
He sometimes makes jokes about me :(
Then other days we wont talk at all
Hes 16 and im 15
Help me out i only have 3 days left of school

Yes,he obviously likes you. Either take it from there or wait for him to ask you out.
this sounds quite strange of him to ignore you and then be all nice to you and stuff . I can only come up with 1 reason which is that he likes you but he doesn't want to make it to obvious which is why he doesn't talk to you all the time .
btw the jokes are harmless - i think , as long as hes not being mean about it and doing it in a jokey way is fine , but if you don't like them maybe you should tell him .
