I don't have one of those cookies in front of me, but I am guessing it will probably be a decent snack. Better than some, worse than others. But your diet is not good. You are right about eating breakfast, but you need to make sure it's a healthy one. Also, you should eat lunch and dinner as well. These don't need to be big meals, but you should be eating something. Actually, you should be eating something every 2-4 hours, starting with breakfast. These meals should be small, healthy meals that always have some kind of protein in them. Skipping meals is counterproductive to weight loss. But eating small, healthy meals throughout the day will help boost your metabolism. Also, make sure you are drinking plenty of water throughout the day. And make sure you are exercising. Strength training and cardio. Good luck!

Quaker Oats Cookies
It depends on the nutritional values of the Quaker Oats cookies and how many you are eating. I would take a look at the calories, fat and sugar.
Balance is very important in a diet... I have been told that a diet like yours (just the basic idea of more in the morning and less at night- not skipping meals!) will help to lose weight, but it is important to still have food throughout the day to keep your metabolism going. I have actually heard that people have gained weight when they start skipping meals. I would recommend trying to spread out your meals a little more and eating throughout the day, not just in the morning...
Good luck!! :)
Don't skip dinner. When you skip meals, your metabolism slows down and your body starts to store food. So when you eat the big breakfast, your body is saying "store it as fat".
It's better to eat many small meals throughout the day. Just eat a lighter dinner that's healthy (ie. fish, vegetables), but don't skip the meal.
It won't help you lose weight, but if you have a good enough metabolism it shouldn't affect your weight too much.
less cookies more real food at meal time
