2 pieces of sushi

Am I safe to have some cucumber? Or maybe chips? I havnt had chips for a while. Please?
How many calories was this? Is this too much for a 5'7 15 year old girl?

the tortilla shell and cheese wasnt very healthy. depending on the type of batter theywere in the broccoli might not be either..u should have had brocc by itself. stopneating that damn mentos candy!! the only thing u ate that im sure is healthy was the sushi. what are u trying to do here? u need to eat healthily, and more. ur eating just a little bit of bad food. yea theres hardly any calories in cucumber, go for it. the chips, dont u touch those. then go for a jog. and lift some weights.then eat a good big dinner w some protein in it!!! athletic and toned is sexy anorexic and muscle-less is not.
Honestly that sounds like what my 2 year old son eats! You need to eat a little more than that! Did you skip breakfast? Because skipping breakfast is the worst thing you can do!!! You need to eat more, I wouldn't rely on chips! Maybe aim for some complex carbs like brown rice, quinoa, some protein like chicken or fish. Please overlook what you eat. You should be eating 3 meals with 2 snacks between, and a caloric intake of 1400-1600 calories
To be honest, its not enough food. If you are trying to eat healthy then you need to eat at least two full meals a day, and a few snacks, and lots of water.
You can eat things like cheese sticks, hard boiled eggs, fruits, veggies, pastas, breads. Basically anything in moderation thats not fried, covered with greece, and that doesn't have a lot of butter or salt.
That's not even 2 meals..
