Because Joe Frazier was undefeated heavyweight champion and had been the 1st to of defeated Muhammad Ali I have to give the nod to that one. Not that his 2nd round KO of Ken Norton wasn't awesome because it was very impressive its just that Foreman annihilated Frazier even one time lifting his entire body completely off the canvas by over a foot with an uppercut.
Norton got blown away by Shavers and Cooney too, who aren't ATG's. Frazier was never, ever trashed around a ring quite like that. Foreman did something that night that arguably no other fighter in history could. I think it was also more impressive because it was more of a surprise, and the controlled and relentless manner he went about doing things, he seemed so aloof.
Frazier's great will power and determination also have a say in making it so impressive.
I felt the KO of Frazier was far better/devastating, because of how easily Foreman dominated Smokin' Joe.
It was brutal in every sense of the word, Foreman's uppercut for the sixth knockdown uprooted Frazier like a tree! It was sickening, but awesome at the same time.
I think Frazier- Foreman was more dramatic and had more of a impact. Frazier had just beat Ali and had an aura of invicibility around him, Foreman was a rookie in the heavyweight scene. And then he completely destroys Frazier, at one point lifting him off his feet with the force of his blows. It announced to the world that Foreman was a force to be reckoned with.
Norton was awesome and a fearsome puncher. But i think foremans ko of frazier was a bigger shock as he just beat Ali and was thought to be invincible, even Foreman tells us he was so afraid of frazier that when they went face to face at the refs instructions at the beginning of their fight, his knees were knocking together uncontrollibly with fear.

Foreman's KO of Frazier was the greatest of the two.
First of all Frazier was a more formidable opponent than Norton and at the time was undefeated world heavyweight champion.
Secondly it was a greater fight for the way that Frazier showed tremendous heart and got up time after time.
