I would just act normal around her and don't give her any special attention, at that point if she's still going on about it and trying to get pitty then she's just seeking attention. If you cut people like that off most likely they will crave it more. If not then maybe she just trusted to tell you.

i think this new girl just wants to get popular and get ALL the attention!! I am totally bad @ getting attention but my friend is really gd even though he lies to everyone saying he is a druggie and gets in trouble for looking @ BAD stuff!! But I trust that he is not because when he waz new he wanted more attention than he had in his past school!! So just act urself maybe if u become friends w/ her so u could help her if it is true!!

wait n see.. maybe she wants you to spread talks about her to others and give her attention. try talking to her more and get close, if possible visit her house. make shes having some trouble. you could be of great help to her.

sounds like she may want attention..those are serious allegations and her dad could go to prison if there not true it would be a serious mistake to put an innocent man away...if i were you i would try to avoid her..if she bugs you tell her you need to be somewhere..
