The only way I have worked towards equality is on here pointing out the hypocrisy of feminism. Let's call that "consciousness raising."
I have changed nothing about myself, because I have always been fine the way I am. I've never looked down on women or treated them badly, so there was nothing to change in that regard. Feminist PC crap has forced me to keep certain opinions to myself out of fear of retribution that could destroy my career, and PC garbage forces me to self-censor and filter my thoughts and carefully choose what I say, and that is oppression. The world was so much better before that Communist filth infiltrated our society -- the loss of a free society is a dearly high price to pay for overly sensitive people to not be offended. The problem is people like that are offended by everything, and by bowing down to their mental issues, we only allow them to become ever more increasingly over-sensitive.
According to feminist philosophy the main issue confronting equality is that women are women, i.e., by the biological nature of women being female and having babies they are inferior. The feminists don't use the word, "inferior," but they believe that by making women masculine and by feminizing men, there won't be any more discrimination. That sounds insane to me, and I think they need to end their crusade, because most people want nothing to do with something as radical as that.
The other thing standing in the way of equality is feminism. Feminism is only concerned with the rights and privileges for women, but how can anyone thing that equality can be achieved by ignoring the rights of half of the population. Both must be taken into consideration if a balance is to be attained, but feminists refuse to acknowledge that men also have rights, and sometimes they act as if we are barely even human.
Everyone gains when women and children are cared for as humans. However we can't teach compassion. I think men will learn in the future when they see how successful ( happy healthy family) men behave in their personal lives. everyone stands to gain from the fair treatment of others, and that includes women and children. It's that simple.
I agree with truth its a matter of men to strong so we cant beat them so we must change men to make them weaker. its the south park episode of crab people ehehhe. Unlike truth i will go out of my way to let my thoughts be know dont let them oppress you . just put it across in a way that its clinical and with out any humanized resentment you just dont let them turn it into something it isnt. just turn it round on them ona a moral point ie dont you know we are in a war on terror where men are dieing for our right of freedom and way of life and here you are trying to oppress me. simply say wrong man wrong Century you might of gotten away with that crap in late 90@s but not in the 21 Century and not with me you aint putting no collar on me.you got to stand up to these worms they will take your nuts thats their goal and they hate you for the fact your a man dont forget that. its only they dont have any real physical power they havent got you crawling on your belly like a worm

I treat people equally.
I look beyond peoples color/gender/sexual orientation.
I discourage discrimination based on peoples color/gender/sexual orientation.
"what are the main issues standing in the way of men and women equality?" -- victim mentality
