Ok so I bought the Blu-Ray version of this movie recently, and it comes with a separate disc for downloading the digital copy. I have a Mac laptop, so I put the disc in and click all the links and such until it brings me to the code input screen. There is a little slip of paper with the code for unlocking the content also in the case, and I put the code in exactly as it appears: all the capitals, numbers, spaces, etc. Then I sign in to my iTunes account and a little message in red letters under the input bar reads: "This is not recognized as a valid code." I have tried multiple times and it still didn't work. So I took the movie back and exchanged it for another copy with a different code, disc, etc. I repeat the entire process, input the new code, and I get the same damned message. I have once again tried several times, but all to no avail. I am not going to take this movie back again, and I am very frustrated with the fact that I am not getting what I paid for. Who can I contact or what can I do to get this to work? I have thoroughly gone over the steps I did and have meticulously made sure the code is EXACT when I put it in, so I am positive I have not gone astray on my part. Please help me with this before I don't have a need for the movie anymore because I'm about to Hulk-out myself.
