Im a 13 year old boy and have a less than a week left then I go back to school. Whenever I think about school I feel shaky and I feel my face burning up. I just need a way not to be scared of school. And I also feel like crying sometimes and feel the need to sleep with my parents or grandparents. Any help! Please no stupid answers.

You are just having anxiety those are symptoms of it. First you need to find out what it is about school that you are so scared of. Then that way you can face the problems one by one. At night you can drink milk, or read a book, or listen to some good music while you fall asleep so that you don't have to want to sleep with your parents or grandparents. School really is intimidating with all fo the new people and classes. Things that are new are always scary but once you go the first day all of that will wear off. Try to find some relaxation techniques they really do work if you try them. Good luck you will be fine!

If something is wrong in any area of your school life like people,including teachers, staff, fellow classmates- then you need to tell your parents as soon as possshouldn'tu shouldn't feel bad or feel fear for going to school. If its about just feeling out of place, then thats normal. Its a part of growing up. Remember that you have family that will be there for you when you get home and if you don't then whatever goal you have in the future, just let that keep you motivated. If you dont have any goals then make one. As far as waking up and going to school happy... do some running before leaving for school. Doesn't have to be much... just for 30 minutes, that will make you feel good for the rest of the day. :) This life is what we make of it kid. No one can make you feel anything you dont want to feel. You will be okay.
