What's with the new rating system?
So now we can't warn people if someone else's advice is bogas? No thumbs down? Boo whoo, did we hurt their little feelings?! You politically correct anuses just wrecked yahoo answers! I hope you end up unemployed for this one!

You know, I thought something was wrong with my computer! it did that new rating earlier, but now is back to normal.. WTF?
And yes, I hated that you could only rate in the positive. They need a thumbs down selection too. Maybe with some options like "totally bogus / complete idiot," "partially wrong," and just "disagree"
There is no need to "warn others" if you know an answer is incorrect or incomplete.
Simply click "answer question" and give a GOOD answer that IS correct and allow the asker and voters to decide which is best.
Its not about "politically correct" or sparing feelings. It's about getting better quality answers. Too many in the past see incorrect answers - give a thumbs down - and leave without answering themselves.
The point of the system is providing quality answers. If we know the answer - we should share it! If we don't feel like sharing, that's OK too - but we wont be allowed to put down those who try.
