You can't target a single part of your body for "slimming." When your body burns fat, it takes fat from your whole body.
You could build and tone the muscles of your butt by doing squats, lunges, bounding, or plytometric jumps, but that won't necessarily make your butt look slimmer - might even make it look bigger.
So, basically, if you want your butt to shrink, you're left with the "this is not rocket science" diet:
1. Don't eat any junk food.
2. Don't drink anything that isn't water.
3. When you're hungry, eat healthy food until you aren't hungry anymore.
4. Be sure to eat lots of fruits and vegetables.
5. Sleep 7-8 hours a night.
6. Get at least 20 minutes of intense exercise at least 3-4 times a week.
For smaller butt. sq. and lunges artwork ok :) and thinner thighs!!! seek up "Tiffany's Honey Thighs" on Google. it extremely is going to help plenty!! i'm doing it and that i see effects yet you notice ends up in a month :O leaping facilitates ur thighs :)
