I rolled my ankle about a month ago and I've done it again a couple times since. Now it hurts a bit when I play sports and run and stuff. I told my mom but she just listened and didn't do anything.. I don't wanna bring it up again. Should I? What do I do now? Should I just tell my volleyball coach or my gym teacher or what? Thanks.
Update:I'm only 14. I can't drive or buy anything.

I take it by your username you play volleyball! I do too. After having sprained my same ankle twice within 6 months of each other, I have learned that the best way to deal with it is to stop if the pain is too extreme. Also, icing after practice and heating it before have been lifesavers. Buying an ankle brace (A lace up one, it would provide more support, I would suggest and ASO brace) and if it starts feeling worse and worse, you might want to check in with an orthopedist!
I would get it checked out. I had that same thing, and the ligaments and joints loosened from spraining my ankles so much and not doing anything about it and not letting it heal correctly and fully. Now they think that I ruptured my ankle tendon, and might have to get surgery. Better safe than sorry, go to the doctors
You should try to stay off it and let it heal. Chronic ankle injuries are the last thing that you want.
