And it has a sweet deal at their deli on the cold fried chicken. I bring it home, it spends a minute in the microwave with a fresh roll or two, and I'm good. ^__^ Wings and breadsticks, nummy... *lol* Now you have me hungry...dang it. ^_~

An onion. Garlic. A small green pepper. some loose mushrooms. prevalent, no longer lean, floor beef merely 3 oz. according to man or woman would be sufficient. Spices and herbs you have already got. A can of tomato paste an excellent can of chopped or total plum tomatoes. Broccoli isn't the main inexpensive vegetable in spite of the shown fact that this is nutrient-dense. Or purchase a bag of spinach and make the hassle to get rid of all the stems your self and make an elementary salad with a small pink onion sliced skinny and oil and vinegar dressing.
