I was lifting my one-year old and out of no where I have this severe sharp pain in my lower back. It hurts when I walk or move a certain way. It's been like this for half hour. I do have a herniated disc that was diagnosed in May but my dr said it was a small bulge and not a big deal. Could this be something else? Or could it be that my condition worsened?
