Put the chicken in the oven at 350 degrees for 25 minutes until light brown. Boil vegetables and cook rice as directed. Mix rice and vegetables. If adventurous, mix in some melted cheese. Take out chicken. Then... ENJOY
Do you have any curry spice/ turmeric? You could make some Tandoori chicken with curry rice and vegtables. :) If you have milk you can marinate the chicken in it for a couple hours in the fridge to make it really tender.
