Well about two days ago the back of my tongue started to swell, as time goes on it swells more and more. Now the back of my tongue is swollen with bumps on it. Other things Ive been feeling are a weird sensation in my chest, ear ache, dizziness, sneezing and sore throat. None of them are so bad at this point, just irritating and a bit scary. Ive searched the internet but I cant figure out whats causing it. Any ideas?

oh and Im not allergic to anything that I know of.
