encima que no<<< must or could be the end of a (negative) sentence that is not showing in your question, if that is the case: ENCIMA QUE NO<< would be equivalent to "ON TOP OF THAT" mmm example..." she WONT(NEGATIVE) let me take my personal days, ON TOP OF THAT= ENCIMA QUE NO the "NO" is related or connected to the previous negative statement "WONT LET ME"... so I don't think the "NO" is misplaced, but the end of a previous statement instead.... espero te sirva, Buena suerte!! ( I hope it helps (you), good luck!!)

"Encima de que ELLA NO me quiere aumentar el sueldo, me extiende el horario laboral"
"On top of not wanting to give me a raise, she extends my working hours"
Is this sentence yours? Good job! The only things are that -de que- doesn't belong and the -no- was slightly misplaced:
Encima ella no me quiere aumentar el sueldo [y eso que] me extiende el horario laboral.
On top of that, she doesn't want to raise my salary [even though] she's giving me more work-hours.
It would be good to connect your two sentences in some way. I chose -y eso que- because it fits well for me; you might choose something else.
Good luck!

I don't get the part where it says "no ella".
