I went to Disneyland on SuperBowl Sunday last year. I think it's the same as when you go on a Thursday, so I can't choose the best one. Monday is pretty packed though. Eh, I'd say go on SuperBowl Sunday if you really don't care about basketball. Just kidding, football.
Disneyland On Superbowl Sunday
I would recommend a Monday or a Thursday when school is in session.
Disneyland has experienced tremendous growth in guest attendance since the 50th anniversary in 2005. On their busiest days, they've had to close the park mid afternoon to new guests, and just a couple weeks ago had to close the Mickey and Friends Parking Structure because it and all other lots were full, turning away people coming to the park.
Disneyland has a strong local presence among its guests; consider that there's a SoCal 2fer deal going on. There's been a huge surge in Annual Passes sold, especially to SoCal residents on the payment plan. The Superbowl is not in California and there are no California teams playing, reducing the number of people watching. Add to that reports that past year's Superbowl Sundays were crowded with a bunch of people thinking the same thing.
No, I believe Superbowl Sunday will be crowded at the park, if not at capacity then certainly long lines.

This question seems to popping up quite a bit. Basically the thought that Super Bowl Sunday is less crowded is basically not true. The main reason is that if you are thinking that it will be less busy, so is everyone else. This then turns it into a fairly busy day for this time of the year. So while it may not be "crowded", it will probably be busier than a normal day for this time of year. This means that for most of the major rides you will have probably a 45-60 minute wait, and with quite a few rides in the 10-15 minute category. The item that will probably effect the crowd more than the Superbowl is the expected rain this weekend. If it does rain on Sunday, or even a big threat of rain that will have a bigger effect in reducing the crowds than the Superbowl will.
And answer is C) Thursday. And here's why. Disneyland keeps statistics on attendance. Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays are always the least busy days.
Unfortunately, it's a myth that Superbowl Sunday is not busy. This has been even addressed by Snopes, and reports from visitors prove that Disneyland is packed on that date. So many people believe that the park will be empty that, paradoxically, the park is even more crowded than most Sundays.
C) Thursday
The secret is out about Super Bowl Sunday. It's going to be sunny and warm (in the 70's on Sunday), so crowds will show up. Figure about 30-40 thousand, with wait times averaging 30 minutes. Not bad, but not great either.
Cast members tell me that Mondays are sometimes more crowded than Sundays, since people think the crowds will be down. DOH!
Go for Thursday
If you mean Disneyland in Anaheim, it takes several days to see it all. Some people stay at their hotel and take a tram back and forth.
Start on a weekday, but not during the summer, Christmas break, or even 3 day weekends, such as Labor Day.
Have been there on two Super Bowl Sundays. I vote for Monday or Thursday.
Considering that the US shuts down on SuperBowl Sunday, yes, it would be a great day to go to Disneyland. I seriously doubt it would be crowded.
Everyone might be thinking the same thing you are and Disneyland could be packed. If you have the option to go during the week then I would go on a Monday or Thursday. I am a season pass holder and weekdays are way less crowded!
