See a fetal specialist for high blood pressure?
The doctor wants me to go back to a specialist that does ultrasounds and NST and stuff like that, but she does not want me to go for birth defects, she wants me to go for my High blood pressure, as I had it before pregnancy, but is controlled by medications. My blood pressure is fine, but she said that I defiantly need to go back for the rest of my pregnancy. she mentioned NST also. I am like wow! I guess, I thought my baby is fine and all but she said that because of me having HBP I need to monitor my baby more closely. I'm glad I seen this doc because my other doc was in a meeting.
Has anyone had to do all this just for blood pressure?

When pregnant with my son my dr made me get a NST for my high blood pressure.....
[I believe my high blood pressure was dr. office stress related cause when I went the technicians doing my test asked me why I was even there cause my bp was normal] [ Later I ended up being induced because my bp was climbing too much and I started to get begining stage of pre-eclampsia]
