Does systemic circuit generate higher pressure than the pulmonary circuit? Or is it lower or are they both equal?

Yes, systemic generates higher pressure as it needs to get the blood up to the brain. This is highest in animals with longer necks, like giraffes, whose heart muscles are7.5cm thick in the left ventricle (W. Perez, M. Lima, G. Pedrana, F. Cirillo (2008).
