Pulled two wrong fuses by accident, chwck engine light came on with powertrain a/T?
I cleared the code but i think i pulled my automatic transmission fuse and before that i pulled one and the car wouldent start. They seemed mislabeled, i was going for my traction control and finally found it.. so i drove home after i cleared the powertrain transmission code (i think thats what it is) and it seems ok.. did i do any harm or did i just confuse it?

You did no harm. Yes, you probably confused the computer, Give it a few days and see if it goes out on it's own, if not remove the Negative battery lead and leave it off for 10 minutes then reconnect, this should clear the light.
