so its been 2 days and my penis still tingles. On sunday me and my gf had unprotected sex(not the first time we had unprotected) but this time we used Ky. his and hers lube, it burned when we were doing it and was very uncomfortable so we stopped, it stung for awile but went away after ii washed up. the next morning i woke up and felt itchy down there. i took a look and notice that my foreskin looked a little swollen but only at the bottom and the slit looked a little swollen as well. i can barley pull back the skin it only goes a quarter of the way iv never been able to pull it all the way back but now its extra tight. i have no pain just itchiness it the itchiness isn't as bad but i still feel a tingle. im scared that it might get worse if i just leave it alone i wash it *** good as i cant since i cant pull my foreskin back.

so i dont know whats wrong and what to do if it'll go away by itself, if i need to get cream or see a doctor? please help
