Im gonna be 16 coming into my junior year of high school. I can be athletic im just super lazy. The sports I'm thinking of doing this year are wrestling and track. I want to get active and do something and stop being lazy in school im just nervous that im gonna humiliate myself. I dont know, is there anyway to get over this mental burden? I dont want to do it if I suck.

Go on google and, search things to get fit. Run every day. Cut down internet/phone time with, wii fit or, stretching, squats, ect. By time you go back, you should be in good shape. Exercise at least 30 minutes per day, stay active 2 hour per day, minimum. Just exercise, monday-Friday, so you get yourself In a routine. Hope this helps!!!
