As I woke up this, I noticed that my muscular body was aching. My abs where aching, my defined arms were in so much pain, and my chiseled legs were hurting like never before. It's funny because I haven't gone to he gym in 2 weeks. I was checking myself out in the mirror for blemishes and pimples when I noticed I had a red nose, and that's when I realized I had the flu. I also sneeze alot. I even took a hot shower to relief this pain of my beautiful and ripped body.
Is this the swine flu? I'm scared.
Update:I already asked this in another section but hopefully here I can get more suggestions.

I recommend you get that ego checked out.
-drink plenty of fluids, water, warm ginseng tea.
-Take Vitamin C (twice a day) to help strengthen your immune system
-Stay in bed, watch TV and take it easy
-Once a day spray your house with lysol disinfectant to help kill germs
-eat soup
-take warm bath
-Mucinex (for cough, sinus and runny nose)
-I don't think this is the swine flu.
I just had the flu (it is going around) and these things really work. Give it a try. Also NyQuil at night helped me sleep even though my nose was runny and I sneezed a lot. Sleep is crucial.
It's called withdrawl symptoms. Sometimes these things will urge you to drink more so you can feel better immediately. It's really baddd so you should just try to hold on a bit longer. The phase will pass and you will feel better than ever before. No pain no gain
