Depending on the size of your city,i would suggest getting there early. so 10:00 is probably reasonable, depending on how badly you want to see her. Since your city is smaller more people may go trying to seize the opportunity.- GOOD LUCK!!

i dont know if anybody is completely obsessed enough to do it but i know some people get there redic early or even camp out just to meet people, but im sure you'd be fine around 8 with demi

well... you should be there earlier because you don't know how many people is coming but if you go to early then it would be boring, trust me when I found out to Mitchel Musso was coming to the mall in my neighborhood, I came two hours earlier and I was bored and tired of waiting.
