Yes, 2 and 3 speed Morgan 3 Wheelers would be registered as a classic motorcycle (1909-1946) while the new 5 speed Morgan 3 Wheelers (2011-Present) register as a motorcycle in the US. The only place that they don't is Canada where they remain unavailable, and in Australia where they are close to releasing a model for that market. The current models are not replicas or kit cars, they are still built in Malvern Link, England by the same company, owned by the same family, in some of the same buildings as the originals.
in UK yes plus you get classic insurance at low (er) rates from Footman James or Carole Nash.
a negative point here; if not very well maintained and expertly driven (I mean EXPERT) they can be lethal, they are not easy to stomp to an emergency (meaning leisurely) stop.

actually! you dont need turn signals or a windshield its classified as a motorcycle and i would assume though i may be wrong that its basically just standard procedure make a license plate mounting bracket and insure, title, and inspect but to get a title may be hard if you have a bill of sale and insurance take those into the dmv in some states thats it! if not just take that and ask them what else you need
