Okay I know I have posted this before but I just want to know again to make sure.
So my boyfriend has been suspended for 8 days, and now he's getting suspended for 2 days. So already that's a total of 10 days, so that means he would get expelled. He's already on probation and community service (and he's been expelled before too) and now I don't know if he's going to get expelled again. He's going to some district to find out. Do you think that he'll get expelled? Please help, we've been waiting for each other for a year now.
Oh here's what happened.
Okay well he was just having some hearty fun with his (sort-kinda) friend Roger, and my bf Andy took his gift card and gave it to some kid named Karem, and Karem threw the card away. And Andy kept asking for it back but Karem didn't know where it went. So stupid Roger told on them like a little ***** and all three of them got suspended.
Please help!

That is a stupid reason to get suspended even... I don't think he'll be expelled.
Well, usually being expelled from a school, whatever, usually means removed permanently from that particular facility. What you probably heard is that he may be suspended, which is a temporary removal, but could be for the balance of a school year if a violation was serious enough. Since this is not a criminal matter, but more of a school administration issue, it sounds like you boyfriend has to meet with a school board panel who will hear out his side of the story. It probably won't make a difference to him, because if he did it in a classroom, with other students as witnesses, he's cooked.
He won't get expelled. Schools only do that as a LAST resort. Know why? Cuz every kid that leaves the school means the school gets $9000 dollars less in budget and wages and everything per year. It's always about the money.
Perhaps the world would be a better place by "expelling" all the bad fruits of the tree of life...
right now im suspended for the use of marijuana in school.......so trust me.....he's safe
