I tried doing the new ipod update yesterday morning, i got the new itunes, downloaded the software it was going fine, then it took ages on one step while trying to put the software onto the ipod (4 or 5 hours). my dad told me to pull it out, reboot the ipod and just restore after, ive done that and left it on the step "Restoring Ipod software" over night. Now ive come back and found it at the excact same point, 11 hours later. I cant use my Ipod, what do i do??
