counts as service...she has to sign it though...

u have an aim, and purpose which is to help someone so yeah it does.... but its only a few hours, and technically, u dont meet any of the criteras, so if ur aiming to meet the criteras, it really wouldnt help but u still get the hours, dont forget to take pictures so u can proove it...
