No...sweat is just water released because you're heating up...for humans it's used as an assist in cooling the body..because we cool from the outside in. It's a waste product that's nothing but water with a little sodium. It has no caloric value.
You don't sweat out the fat you burn. Your sweat contains sodium which gives it the salty taste. All you're gaining back is some sodium.
