I made some jewelry pieces and poured in ice resin.
The largest piece, mixed with sand and starfish dried within a day. The other 3, smaller pieces are still sticky on the top. Im wondering what when wrong?

First, resins don't "dry," they cure after the parts are mixed together.
Various things can affect the time required for full curing, like humidity, and also things that can affect whether the resin will ever harden fully, like having mixed and applied exactly correctly. Some of the brands of epoxy resin are just more fiddly than others too, including Ice Resin.
