I got these bumps/hives all over my face including my forehead, EXCEPT my cheeks. They are not red, nor itchy but it feels slightly warmer than my body (its 30-50 degrees Fahrenheit where i live, so every part of my body is cold except my face.) it also looks slightly raised. There is no discoloration so at a distance it isnt visible, but it is so embarassing. My ex girl is even worried. Im pretty sure this happened cos i ate something i was allergic to. I took benadryl, used hydrocortisone, and washed it with cold water, and i see no improvement. If anybody has any remedies, please share them with me.
