i had several categorys in my contact list and all have disappeared?
my categorys have all disappeared. i go to 'contacts' then 'view all contacts' and there are none of my categorys listed any longer. furthermore, when i attempt to bring up the categorys by entering them in the 'to' or 'cc' or 'bcc' boxes of an email, they no longer appear.
this has occurred in both 'yahoo' and 'gmail' within the last few weeks.

I have seen this problem reported many times in the recent past. I have seen no answer in how to resolve it other than creating the categories as you once did. You can try the below links to contact Yahoo for help...

I even have now had a similar issue. I even have my checklist of contacts, yet no longer have categories. How do i'm getting them returned? If that's a habitual issue in Yahoo mail, why isn't it being fastened?
