I have a ipod nano the one that shoots video. I had an itunes on my old comp which crashed =( When i downloaded a new itunes but i cant sync my ipod to my itunes without it deleting all my previous music is there way without buying some software i tried that ipod to computer transfer or something like that and it was a free download but i need like free transfer or where i dont have to pay i dont know what im talking about. PLZ HELP!!!!!!!!!

I'm not sure if you are using Mac or Windows. But if you're using Windows, plug your iPod into your computer, then click on "Start", then either "My Computer" or "Computer". You should see your iPod in that window. Double click on it to open it. Your music files should be within that folder.
