how to lower my eye puffiness QUICKLY ?
a few days ago i was crying for a few days and i have stopped but ever since my eyes have been puffy! Its been 3 days now and has gone down a little but it is still pretty noticeable on my eyelids and under my eyes.. please help! I also just started going to bed a little earlier and i drink lots of fluids throughout the day so i dont think thats the problem

cucumber slices work the best.u can also use old teabags....used and frozen ones.. just apply them for 15 min
use the cold spoon method, cold gel eye masks or cold fresh sliced cucumbers. Also, hemorrhoid cream works well (just make sure it is a new tube just for use on your eyes). That is a models trick for puffy eyes. There are also plenty of products on the market for this problem.
Save used tea bags whenever you make black or chamomile tea. Store them in a plastic bag in the refrigerator, and discard them after 2 days. Black tea contains tannin and caffeine, which constricts your blood vessels and encourages extra liquids to flush out of your skin. Chamomile has anti-inflammatory properties that help reduce puffy eyes.
Sometimes cold compresses can help reduce swelling. You can alternate heat and cold to make things feel better.
