I just got a 30 day free trial of Acai Berry Capsules & I am planning on taking one capsule everyday for 30 days. How much weight will I lose when my 30 days is up? Also, should I take a capsule every morning or every night? Which one is better?
Thanks. :)

Unless you intend to increase exercise, or decrease your caloric intake... Probably nothing, besides normal weight fluctuations.
Food and natural supplements will not make you lose weight. If I were you I'd throw them out, but if you're intent on taking it, don't expect much or anything to happen.
Peyton,
While there may be some scientific merit to the acai berry helping with weight loss, many of the claims made by those "Acai Berry Products" cannot be proven and are not approved by the FDA.
I would combine any weight loss plan with a visit to my physician first, followed by a sensible diet and plenty of good old fashioned exercise.
Oprah is suing somewhere near 60 firms for using her name to promote this Acai Berry. It has been proven that it does not do what they are saying it does. She has never agreed to put her name to it, and now that they have and it does not work, she does not want people to think that she promoted something that is no good. The report stated that Acai Berry does not lose weight.
Just thought you should know.
Unfortunately acai does not work for weight loss. If you lose any weight, it will be as result of a change in your eating habits, not because of acai. What it is good for though; because of the anti-oxidant properties is to help fight premature aging and some forms of cancer. So as long as it is pure acai, it will be beneficial for you to take from a health perspective.
