i would really appreciate any input or opinion on one of these phones.
i'm frustrating between which phone to pick. i would really like to know of the significant differences between these phones? what are some significantly unique or improved features? advantages? disadvantages? anything would be helpful
i don't have to much insightful knowledge of these phones...but i'm primarily just looking for something simple. a phone that i can use for e-mails and quick efficient internet browsing. watch downloaded or stream videos.. that can help keep me more organized..one that has a fast processor (doesn't lag or stutter). ...and really one that is comfortable and easy to use...in terms of apps and format etc.
any input would be greatly appreciated.

Either phone would be fine for your purposes... Except for the fact that the Galaxy Nexus is the newest and was the flagship phone for the latest Android OS 4.0, Ice Cream Sandwich. Both phones can run 4.0, so essentially there isn't really a difference in "features." Galaxy Nexus has a 1.2Ghz dual core processor while the Nexus S is 1Ghz single core. The Galaxy Nexus also has twice as much RAM and a faster GPU. The cool thing about the Galaxy Nexus (could be good or bad for you) is that it has no hardware softkeys; the home, back, and task switcher buttons are displayed on the bottom of the screen at all times. So really, if you like the latest and greatest thing, the Galaxy Nexus would be good for you. That would be my choice. But both are great phones; you can't go wrong with either. Have fun!
Nexus S. Its got a duel-core cpu so the phone is much faster plus its got 4g
