If you have taken care of your Leo for a certain amount of time with proper care & handling then I think it will start to trust you. Therefor it might think that your nice & friendly & you can probably do more stuff with her. My two RES have gotten used to me. Now I can pick them up & they don't even care. My Eastern Painted turtle still has some work to do & my two baby Yellow Bellied Slider are still getting used to me picking them up or me walking past them because I just got them. You just have to be patient. My two Leopard geckos have gotten used to me & it took some time. If you start to pick it up more & more at the appropriate time then it will get used to you. BUT don't do it too much.
Probably not. Reptiles in general have very simple brains. They do not care who feeds them, as long as they get fed. Tommy, if you think your fish knows you, then you are nuts!
