I felt as if I was having a heart attack two days ago, and I'm only 20. I went to the hospital to get checked out and get some tests done. They havent found anything. I was talking to a friend and he said it was probably a panic attack. Is it possible to have a panic attack if I dont fear anything?

Absolutely. When i came back from iraq i wasn't afraid of anything in particular but i had panic attacks once or twice a month for a while. For me it was typically just from sensory overload. Too many noises, too much movement. those sorts of things set me off. another thing that got me is stress. If i was really stressed i was more prone to randomly having a panic attack. If that is what it is it can be fixed with therapy or, like in my case, i learned to deal with the stimuli that was the cause
yes completly possible..panic atacks can be brough on by stress(physical or emotional) high blood pressure(getting excited then coming down relitivly fast) extream heat
panic atacks dont neccisarly mean they are fear enduced because they are called panic attacks but because the boddy is stressed out or(panicing)
Nope my Friend had one, or at least we think she did, and she was just walking to her car.It was bright out side, she had nothing on her mind, but she said it felt like she had just ran around her building, she could feel her heart pounding. Could be stress, for some reason stress can make your body do weird things.
