Or just let it all out
the rage is seeping out of me at times i cant keep it in
I don't usually have any rage. I've learned to let most stuff roll of me like water off a duck's back. The rare times something does get to me, I just take a deep breath and remind myself that it don't mean a thing.
i fight it inside until i get to the point where i have to let it out. good luck.
If it has gotten to the point of rage, there is no holding it back. If I am just angry, I can hold that back.
I fight it, unless I'm sure I am totally warranted in letting it out.
I nurture it, until I find the right person to release it on. I LOVE letting out.
I always let it out, it's healthier that way. I do yell at a lot of inanimate objects though.
fight the rage inside...but that isn't very healthy, one day i probably will blow up
I let it all out
Yes by working out or running or something.
