Do I have a phobia of Christmas shopping or is it a crowd-phobia?
When I go into a store crowded full of people I get a very tight, anxious feeling like I can't think about what's on my list and that I know I'm running behind and need to hurry up and grab it all and get out of there..a feeling like my day is getting away from me. Then my mind gets all jumbled trying to choose between certain items and before you know it I've spent 2 hours there. What is wrong here?!lol Does anyone else experience this?

I'm a victim of that too, it's mostly claustrophobia. Here's a good way to help with that, if you feel yourself getting too stressed go into the bathroom or a place where there isn't a lot of people and focus on your list, or rather the next item of your list and keep repeating it in your mind, repeat till you have all the items. Its probably claustrophobia.
Try to schedule your shopping days during the week.
Monday is the best day, because teens are in school, and adults are working.
Just try to take deep breaths, and get that shopping done!!
