The child support enforcement unit will know if he makes any money attached to his social security number. You might want to contact them on Monday and let them know he will be working, just to make sure it gets processed. Part of his wages should be garnished. You won't get it all at once, but if you have been getting public assistance while he's been in jail, that will be taken first.
Give the state a call.
Did you collect any sort of government aid?
If so, the government will get their money out of him.
You take him to court for the support, otherwise you get nothing.
Child support will have to know where he works in order to start taking the money out.
