Yeah you can. Asperger's won't hinder you. I know someone in my dojang who has it and he's a great martial artist. We even occassionally get other autistic kids (Not asperger's syndrome) and they do well.

I don't see why you can't. My little brother has Asperger's and was going to have a Muay Thai fight. From what I understand about it, you definitely can fight MMA if you want to. From what I know, it is a really high functioning form of autism. Using my brother as an example, he finds something to do and perfects it. I've heard this is common for people with autism. So if this is something you really want to do, I say go for it!

sure you can ,even better ,come's fight time ,communication switch of anyway ,has too ,to become in the moment .Further more a part in the brain of an autistic ( asperger's) is bigger then regular humans , and that is the amygdala( “fight-or-flight” response mechanism ) so it depands on personality ,are you a person that runs or fights .
