Okay so, i hurt my leg while sparring in taekwondo, and it's brused, NOT SEVERELY just hurts when i touch it, I can walk fine, doesnt irritate me too much,
BUT.. i have a tournament in exactly one week from today and i want to know if my foot will be better by then?... And if ill be in top fighting condition.. =D

You should be fine... minor foot contusions usually heal in a week. be careful with it while training in the meantime. I fought my first MMA match with a broken big toe on my right foot... you wont even be aware of the contusion once the action begins.
[NOTE: this is not sound medical advice, tho if it is simply a minor contusion it wouldn't pose you any problems in your performance.]
you would still fight with that...itll just be more sore after wards but youll have time to heal it after....thats the pros response...the hard part is training up to it with out making it worse....if you didn't train at all and didn't walk much im sure it would be perfect but youd lose a lot....id hit the bike and swim more then
i would do a lot of soaking and beforer i go to the event i would put some iccy hot on it a couple of hours ahead of time!
