While the macaroni is cooking cube 6 oz of 3 of your favorite cheeses. put into a sauce pan with 1 1/2 - 2 cups of milk add 3 tablespoons butter or margerine. cook until it comes to a boil then turn it down to simmer... make sure the cheese is all melted. Ingredients
3 tablespoons butter
3 tablespoons flour
2 cups milk, hot (not boiling)
1 1/4 cups grated American cheese
1 1/4 cups grated sharp cheddar cheese (for different variation, try using Monterrey jack cheese or adding 1/2 cup jalapeno slices)

1 lb elbow macaroni
Directions
