I have short, a little longer than law length hair. its a blonde/brunette color and has layers. I flat iron it and want it to have a look similar to the links below, but i don't know how. Also, anything really simple with hairspray is good. I have a black headband (not the kind tha wrap around your head, the kind you set on your head) and it looks really cute, but (in case you didn't see this coming) I don't know how to wear it beyond just sitting on my head! Any help is welcome :)
