So since I was young, whenever i'd be invited anywhere I would always panic a bit and almost feel sick and almost start crying because i was so nervous. I don't know why this comes on me but its always during the night and its really only for social events. My heart beat would speed up and i'd be breathing very quickly and panic a lot. I think that's why I was always so unhealthily loyal to my friends, even to some that wouldn't be the same back. I even got invited to a party and freaked out because I thought it was a sleepover with lots of people that I didn't know or didn't like. About two minutes I realized I was wrong and immediately calmed down.
Another symptom is that my moods seem to change automatically, I could be laughing one minute and then be aggravated or upset and burst into tears.
